This is a hard one, but not an impossibility given what lies under the surface of seemingly "helpful" government efforts.  Take the Light Brown Apple Moth, for instance.  Here's a little creature that California's Terminator governor has taken a dislike to, and the LBAM eradication program is consequently underway in ... not farming but urban/suburban regions of the state of California.  An untested "pesticide" known as Checkmate (nice name!) will be sprayed aerially on citizens of California until 2010.  Why?  Because the Light Brown Apple Moth's mating habits must be "controlled," which moths number in the low thousands per population areas of 100,000 and more.  Checkmate will cost California taxpayers untold millions of dollars, as each aerial dose is $3.5 million (for, in one case, control of the mating of 750 moths).  Checkmate's effect on humans is ... severe reproductive-system problems particularly in women, along with the usual vomiting, intestinal distress, red urine and other inconveniences.  Checkmate is dropped in microcapsules composed of clusters of smaller capsules (3-4 microns) containing what the government calls "pheromones."  The point of the pheromones is to temper the moths' sexuality, but perhaps the contents are intended to act upon human reproduction, as they contain an endocrine disruptor which stimulates the body's production of estrogen (a female hormone; estrogen and progesterone govern the female reproductive cycle).  Most important, Checkmate is an untested "pesticide," enthusiastically approved for public use by Arnold Schwarzenegger, the California Department of Food & Agriculture and the EPA.  (Read Monterrey resident Rami Nagel's article on the LBAM here.)

Google The Rockefeller Foundation.  Pushing the new science of molecular biology and genetic engineering, this group created the "Green Revolution," posed to solve the world's hunger problem.  Manifesting as globalized agri-business, what we got was revolutionized agriculture that put control of the food chain in multinational corporate hands, out of reach of the family farmer.  The Green Revolution gave us hybrid seeds programmed not to reproduce (a.k.a. "Terminator" seeds).  Thus farmers must buy each year's crop from corporations, along with pesticides, fertilizers and irrigation plans.  Enter the World Bank with its loans for dams and the oil companies with their petro-fertilizers.  Get the picture?  The Green Revolution was a Chemical Revolution, ultimately chasing peasants from the land to urban factories, desperate for a way to survive.

The infamous Monsanto and Swiss Syngenta AG are now pushing "Seeds of Hope" in Africa, the next geographical target of the GMO (genetically modified organisms) industry.  Ironically, biotech's effect on agriculture has caused an overproduction of food, which drives prices down and makes farmers poor, yet the GMO giants continue to stress that we need more food.  It all boils down to marketing and the current pressure on us to believe that technological progress is good.  But the four "Horsemen of the GMO Apocalypse" -- Dupont, Dow Chemical, Syngenta and Monsanto -- now the manufacturers of our seeds -- are also those who brought us dioxin and Agent Orange.  And, they are partners in Svalbard, the world's largest seed vault located in the Arctic, being built to contain and protect the raw material for the future of our food.

Who's an investor in Svalbard?  Our good friend Bill Gates, the world's wealthiest man.  The seed bank's press release tells us Svalbard will conserve crop diversity for the future, but again, we must remember that the Svalbard partners are those with the most power and money in the world.  An example of their ventures takes us back to 2001, when Epicyte, a small California biotech company, joined Dupont and Syngenta in a new technological wonder -- spermicidal corn, or corn that renders sterile the men who eat it.  It seems that "genetics" may be a euphemism for "eugenics" (see Alex Jones' DVD "Endgame"), and a way of limiting population.  Bill Gates is now cruising for conquering AIDS, yet if you read Leonard Horowitz's Emerging Viruses, you will learn that we are swimming in laboratory-made scourges like SARS, Ebola and AIDS.  What are the big guys truly up to?

"Controlled demolition" of the WTC may have been more than mere explosives.  The 9/11 community of skeptics is deeply divided on this issue, many refusing to entertain the possibility that highly advanced technology may have been used to bring down the towers.  Of note is the degree of pulverization: The rubble was composed of a tremendous amount of ash and dust, with particles less than a micron in size.  Dr. Judy Wood, an expert in mechanical engineering and materials engineering science, posits that some form of "directed energy" was used on the towers, as evidenced by the way they burst into powder from top to bottom.  See her work at http://www.drjudywood.com/ or read about her most recent study here, authored with John Hutchison, a Canadian experimental scientist known for examining radio frequencies and electrostatic energy.

Why are skeptics skeptical of the directed-energy theory?  "Keep it simple" is the reason most often given: It's already hard enough to convince Joe Public that 9/11 was an event carefully orchestrated by insiders (not Arab hijackers), and the buildings didn't come down because they were poorly designed.  Tell Joe Public that "frequencies" were used, and you'll lose him instantly.  Although those who favor limiting the proof to controlled demolition tend to agree that the CD techniques used were likely advanced (see Professor Steven Jones' work on high-temperature accelerants at http://www.stj911.org/), it seems that the two bodies of research lean toward excluding one another.  However, perhaps they simply inhabit two ends of the same spectrum:  Dr. Jones examining a universe of findings in his samples of WTC dust, and Dr. Wood cataloguing thousands of photographs and data of the wreckage in the days and months that ensued -- literally looking up and around into the atmosphere to understand what transpired and how.

AND FROM GEOSCIENTIST LEUREN MORET:  "By investigating the energy budget required to "disappear" two tall buildings as they collapsed, we will find the answer to what happened on 9/11.  Until the energy budget is addressed -- in other words: What does it take to turn two tall buildings into nanoparticles? -- the discussion will never produce any answers that include the sophisticated and exotic energy technologies now available for "special projects."  I am a Livermore Lab whistleblower.  I watched directed-energy experiments being conducted in the atmosphere by the Livermore nuclear weapons lab. Until space-weapons capabilities and HAARP are taken into consideration to explain the molecular dissociation (into nanoparticles) of two very large buildings, as well as the fourth-generation nukes that were used to break down the structural integrity of the buildings, the answers are coming from a noisy room of opinions.

"The investigation must begin with solid science.  No one has explained the presence of levels of uranium, tritium, and the presence of deuterium detected at the WTC in the air-monitoring conducted and reported by Dr. Thomas Cahill for five months after 9/11 (beginning 10/5/01) -- all fingerprints of nuclear devices.  Dr. Cahill reported the highest concentration of metals and nanoparticles ever measured in US air samples.  The event that created this would have required a very high energy budget.  And why did the Department of Energy ask Dr. Cahill to voluntarily do air monitoring specifically AFTER October 5th, and why did DOE want that air-monitoring conducted for five months?  What we know from the Israeli bombing of Lebanon with 5000 US depleted uranium bunker busters is that the bomb craters also had deuterium and high levels of U235 present, as well as very high radiation reported for the first three weeks, which dropped off quickly because these were neutron-activation products.  This is the chemical fingerprint of cold fusion and/or exotic fourth-generation nukes."

Many say we are running out of oil, and we must adjust our lifestyles and world accordingly.  In 1956, M. King Hubbert, a Shell Oil geologist, theorized that because oil production worked in a Bell-curve manner, peak production could be predicted for different regions of the planet.  Popular belief holds that when these supplies are exhausted, we will face not only soaring prices but the horrifying dilemma of how to survive.  Global expansion in the form of population and industry has been due to an abundance of cheap fossil fuels.  Movies like "The End of Suburbia" (Barry Silverthorn) paint a frightening picture of the days to come.

Most interesting is the fact that alternative energies are quickly suppressed.  The electric car, very successfully tested by General Motors and then taken AWAY from delighted customers and crushed by the hundreds, was replaced with the hybrid -- scads of which now scuttle along the roads.  The need seems to be to keep using oil -- perhaps so we will all panic and follow government orders when it finally "runs out."  Watch this YouTube video on a brand-new "air car" soon to hit the European and Indian markets.  How long will it last and how do we bring it to the USA?
